When my fiancee and I decided to purchase our first home together we came into the market completely clueless. Jamie came as a highly recommended mortgage broker by some friends of ours so we jumped at the chance to utilize his services. In the beginning stages we weren't sure what our price range would be and if we would even qualify. Jamie quickly put things into perspective for us by providing us with an amount that we qualfied for. By doing this, it was extremely helpful when we actually began searching for our new home as we knew what price range we could afford. I've had probably 9 mortgages over the years; most with brokers and a few with banks. By far, Jamie worked the hardest of any previous brokers and really came through with flying colors.

I honestly can't compare him to other brokers because I've never used one before, but short of making the bank give me money for free, I'm not sure what more i could have asked for from a broker.
